7yHappy to hear your Pros, especially about the people and the Burger Lounge brand!
We are happy to say we have made improvements to encourage Loungers to develop within our company. We have added more leadership operations positions to move up beyond GM, we have also grown our Learning & Development positions which are ideal for Loungers in operations who are interested in moving into a different field within Burger Lounge. Not only that, but we also have a "Grow With Us" program that allows Loungers to tell us where they see themselves in the future with Burger Lounge and enables us to better assist in their development.
Lastly, we have also launched an engagement survey where Loungers can have their voices heard! Not only that, we take action to make improvements based on our Loungers feedback.
