      People keep leaving, and it’s not really a surprise when the work conditions are just so terrible

      I met a couple of friendly people during my short time here.

      Cons

      Turnover is high due to terrible work conditions. I mean, who wouldn’t want to leave when you’re faced with brutal workloads, awful salaries, zero opportunities to advance your career, and hostile managers who make it their life’s mission to make employees as miserable as possible?
