Pros

There was money to be made and some coworkers are enjoyable.

Cons

The CEO can talk about every big idea he has over and over again, but you will never see it happen. Every conversation he has is an overexaggerated version of what actually took place. If you ask a question that reflects on him, you are only giving him the chance to build his ego. No one is happy, and no one will ever be happy here. This place is a high school hallway where everyone talks about each other, spreads rumors, and causes problems. You find two good people, and you're lucky if that. Everyone used to know what they were doing, but the CEO has made everyone so beaten down that nobody knows what they're doing anymore. On their best day, sure. On every other day, it's like watching your grandma try to unlock her phone. Morale is so low, its disappointing to see people come in and change overtime. Bonding with your coworkers is forced, and company trips to Cincinnati are required to do the weirdest activities and talk about things that could be over Teams. Its strange when every other place I've worked has allowed me to have a drink at dinner but here the CEO doesn't you to drink when bonding with the team at activities.

Pros

Most coworkers try to be supportive and make the days slightly more bearable.

Cons

- Burtch Works creates an unbearable atmosphere that quickly drains energy and morale - The work culture feels hostile and overwhelming, making it hard to get through each day. - Leadership refuses to listen and dismisses employee concerns without a second thought - Arrogance from the top is constant and discouraging - Disrespectful and abusive behavior is treated as normal - Employees are made to feel small, disposable, and unappreciated - Each workday feels like a struggle rather than a chance to grow - Motivation steadily disappears under constant pressure and negativity - The salary is painfully mediocre and nowhere near enough to justify the emotional toll - Staying here feels like enduring a nightmare rather than building a career
