      Friendly work team, good work hours

      Cons

      No internal progression, managers only promoted their friends. Manager was not the best at dealing with internal issues. Pay is awful

      When working for the corporate Pfeiffer side, was a very well run company and treated as an individual to maximise the business. When Busch took over . . .

      Cons

      Busch Group took over and treated as a number on a spreadsheet. Certainly not a "family" run business. Very corporate and numbers led. Very little trust and will treat you with no respect unless your face "fits".
