      You will gain a lot of new hats to put on your resume

      Cons

      Company is in a death spiral. In order to save money, they are not refilling positions as they lose them. Instead they are transferring the work and responsibilities to remaining employees with no compensation increases

      Pros

      My co-workers and management are awesome! There isn’t the typical drama you see elsewhere. The manager is fair and truly listens to his people. To me the attitude is upbeat and most of all there is respect among everyone including the manager. He has no problem doing any job that is needs to be done and is very patient and appreciative.

      Cons

      The background check took a little longer than I would have hoped but it was a corporate issue.
