      Excellent attorneys as mentors, really interesting matters to work, work-life balance, this firm is evolving!

      Cons

      Just a few senior attorneys who have been around a very long time and don’t want anything to change so they complain about any innovation and seem to want to damage morale

      Family friendly institution that has long been regarded as one of the high quality firms in Detroit. Great place to be a top notch lawyer earning decent money and still have time for your family and community.

      Cons

      Butzel has had to go through some difficult financial transitions in the wake of the Great Recession and the economic difficulties facing Detroit. The future is bright and management is working hard to get there, but the ride has been and continues to be bumpy.
