Pros

If you have your own money to burn, time to waste and you like when people lie to you, this is the perfect place for you.

Cons

They charge their employees $15K for training that has no certificate and no accreditation that you can find all the information yourself on youtube.com. If you get hired on a contract they expect you to pay for all the costs on the road and then pay you poorly, all the while they are billing tons of money for you hourly. It works like this you get $25 an hour with you paying all the expenses with the client and they bill you to the client for $130 an hour. So they basically burn you and the client. They degrade you and treat you as if you are stupid. They don't value the people who work for them. After the very poor training they will rewrite your resume to be filled with false information about things you have no idea how to do.. Then they make you interview with major clients that you have to lie to.. And they force you to lie about your experience during interviews and with clients. Finally, if you leave they charge you for the 15k.

BuzzClan takes pride in our exclusive training/internship program. As one of the HR representatives in the company, here is my response: 1. We don't charge for the training that are provided during internship. In most of the cases, the interns are paid during this period. So we are actually paying you to learn new things, there are very few companies which give these kind of opportunities to people. 2. At last count there are more than 7 billion videos available to watch (and learn) on YouTube. That this person stayed on and continued to spend some time with us in the program tells us that s/he got some value out of it that s/he could not get by themselves 3. No self-respecting person should spend another minute in a setting where they are being degraded. They should walk out... unless they believe that the experience as a whole will get them some benefit. 4. No self-respecting person should accept and continue to serve in an offer/job which pays them poorly. 5. We have a well-documented travel policy and we pay/reimburse according to that, which is way better than industry standard. Our frequent travelling consultants use company credit cards. 6 BuzzClan has very smart employees and their industry growth reflects that This post is by a person who failed to meet the tough internship demands of the company - period. We have high standards. At the end of the program, deserving candidates gain on an average 200-300% increase in the earnings from before they go through the program.

Pros

I get paid on time and my pay has only been incorrect one time in 15 months. After one year of employment, I was offered access to a 401(k) with 3% employer matching.

Cons

As an employee sent out as a temp to another company, even though I have held the same position within the same company for over a year, I have no health insurance, no dental or vision insurance, no paid time off, and no opportunities for a raise. As the majority of the employees in management and those who work as permanent employees of BuzzClan seem to be of Indian descent, the majority of those that I have had to speak to on the phone have such a thick accent that I cannot understand them. I do my best to only communicate with them via email which limits this difficulty for the most part, but then creates the barrier of the back and forth via email to get anything accomplished.
