-Pay... Apprentice team leader make 12 dollars an hour, Master team leader make 15 dollars an hour. 29 hours a week. Full time team leaders make 15 dollars an hour, work 40 hours a week. No pay raises. My wage went up twice for cost of living, instead of 15 dollars an hour. My pay was 15.60 an hour.
-Hours, part time 29 hour employees 1pm to 730pm Monday through Thursday, full time employees 11am-730pm Monday through Thursday. Part time 29 hours Friday hours 10am-1pm. Full time Friday hours 10am-4pm.
-Extremely high turnover rate, no matter what site you are placed, you will experience many people (Team Leaders) leaving.
-Meetings, the meetings are really unorganized and pointless. Most of the time the meets could be replaced with a detailed email.
-Hard to advance, with around 15 plus team leaders per site and only 1 assistant site director position and 1 site director position. It's hard to move up in the company.
