      This is a sad story

      NONE - So many empty promises.

      Cons

      There's NO benefits, it's just a very sad place for people to work for - You will probably take the job because the company has a very nice office and they look like they want your best interest at heart. Well my friend, guess again! This is a sad sad place where a lot of staff start working there and they get a lot of promises from the company and they NEVER receive those promises because they didnt ask the Manager to put it on black and white (it's mostly the manager that makes these empty promises)

      If you’re someone that doesn’t care for team collaboration or typical office hours then this is the environment for you.

      Cons

      Lacking leadership from directors with no foundation to build on - values, vision to name a few.

      Pros

      Very energetic team that is on the constantly on the ball and very flexible. There is a tremendous scope for learning as we work on very niche technologies. Employees are continuously studying and try to up-skill themselves which is encouraged by Byte Orbit. Fantastic lunches during the week along with ice cold beers & beverages available at the bar on Friday help end a busy week off on a good note. The office parties are amazing!
