Flashy office, conveniently located in the middle of Arlington, made otherwise outdated company look up-to-date.

Cons

Everything else. Management, company values, attitude, lack of understanding of technologies they were advertising - all the government contracting BS at its worst.

Big company feel but that is just for feels and DoD contracts makes it more strict work culture which curbs freedom in real life

Cons

Fake security of future. Hopeless work culture. Egoistic leaders and managers. Politics all around to get by. If you see bytecubed then run in the other direction
