-Variety of free bfast/lunch snacks / beverages -Company happy hour every Friday -Laid back work environment -Ping-Pong Table, Foosball Table, and 2 Gaming systems with plenty of games, 3 flat screen TVs for down time -Attendance to most local events hosted in space after hours -Benefits, gym membership price, and Salary -Federal Holidays are off and paid for -Employees birthday appreciation once a month with treats -Opportunity to voice any concerns to management

Very supportive management. Flexible, Family-like culture. Productive, relaxed, calm, stress-free, motivating. Very welcoming, organized and cooperative. Management and HR are Extremely generous, understanding. CEO and owner makes you feel very welcomed.

Pros

Great People, Team Spirited, A Company that cares about it's employees, relaxed open atmosphere, camaraderie. Benefits are great. Salary is competitive.

Cons

I'm use to private sector. Government Contracting is a different animal. Government does not know what it wants. Changes projects. But overall, I'm glad I made the change.
