Pros
Rasmussen was a great learning environment with many professional challenges and experiences. Individuals are hit and miss, the culture is brutal but so is the line of business. With that being said, they're extremely methodical and systematic with everything they do - from office to field. Upper management micromanages, pushes and have unrealistic expectations but the trade-off is that you learn, the right way and relatively quick if you absorb the information. My experience: do it right, work smart and make margin, they'll leave you alone - "Be The Best"
