Fast growing company. Potential to be a great place to work. Early office closure on holidays.
Cons
I interviewed for a project admin position and was offered the position. When I got there I was shown to what would be my workstation but when my manager came in I was informed that I would be working at the front desk since apparently "everyone starts there". It would have been nice to know that prior to being offered and accepting the position since with my Executve Assistant background I had other offers for similar work that would have paid way more than what C3M was offering. The office also isn't very diverse considering it's location and it showed in the interactions I had there and was privy to with the rest of the poc staff (we used to trade stories of the micro aggressions we would experience) so poc applicants should be wary when applying.
Flexible schedule. Lots of projects in various US Locations. Willingness from management to listen to all levels of workers. (Sr. PMs to Engineers, and Superintendents to Apprentices) Always willing to take criticisms and produce effective change. Fun atmosphere. Lots of support from industry veterans.
Cons
The only cons that apply to C3M apply to the construction industry as a whole.
