      The company had to close several offices due to Covid-19 and terminate the contracts of many employees new joiners included.

Covid-19 was a difficult time for many companies, but we have worked hard to protect our business and are now operating at above pre-Covid levels. We have made a commitment to re-employing team members where possible and have had 6 colleagues return to the C4 family in the last 12 months.

      A managing director with a detailed understanding of all roles within the business

      Pros

      The managing director stands out from others I have worked for. Not only does he have an experienced understanding of the core activity and direction of the business, but he also demonstrates the ability to understand and set the example in carrying out any of the supporting roles within the business. I have never known him to be unreasonable in what he asks of the team members. Basically, all he asks is that they carry out their work in line with the company procedures and training they have received. He also shown real humanity in showing understanding to team members who are dealing with family health issues, and also fully respects holiday time.

      Cons

      The business operates 24/7/365, so there can be a need to work a rolling or fixed shift pattern - however, this is always agreed in advance

      Dear reviewer, Thank you for your review,, Firstly, we were surprised to receive it as no one has left our operations for over 6 months, so we are unsure if you have reviewed the correct company? We would like to reassure readers of this review that we take every care to ensure our office environment is supportive, calm, and positive. As a company we recognise that our employees are the reason we are successful, and we have a zero tolerance on any bullying or discrimination. Earlier this year we did have to let an individual go for physically threatening several members of our team. This individual has now left us several negative reviews, but we hope that anyone reading this will agree that bullying should never be tolerated in a workplace and that our actions demonstrate we are a responsible employer. If anyone is reading this review and has any concerns about working for C4, we would always encourage them to contact us directly.
