Short experience due to Covid-19 - Transport Coordinator C4 Logistics Employee Review

The managing director stands out from others I have worked for. Not only does he have an experienced understanding of the core activity and direction of the business, but he also demonstrates the ability to understand and set the example in carrying out any of the supporting roles within the business. I have never known him to be unreasonable in what he asks of the team members. Basically, all he asks is that they carry out their work in line with the company procedures and training they have received. He also shown real humanity in showing understanding to team members who are dealing with family health issues, and also fully respects holiday time.

The business operates 24/7/365, so there can be a need to work a rolling or fixed shift pattern - however, this is always agreed in advance

Amazing colleagues, interesting work, and great pay – what’s not to like?! I worked at C4 Logistics for 3 years and it made me a great transport coordinator – I learnt everything I needed to know about transport and planning and it gave me the confidence to move into management. I am grateful for all the support the company gave me and I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone wanting to learn and achieve. The best part of the job is the people – it’s a proper team with proper support and I’ve made friends for life. Management is always available, and they are happy to help you if you need it
