Thank you for your review, we have noted that your biggest concern was the high staff turnover rate but we believe this to be inaccurate. Our staff turnover rate is currently 10% with 90% of our current employees having stayed with the company for more than 12 months. According to national surveys, the average staff turnover rate for UK companies is 15%/year, making C4 Logistics below the national average and classed as having a “low staff turnover”. As a company we value all our employees and take every possible measure to ensure workplace satisfaction. We believe this is why such a large percentage of our current employees have chosen to stay with the company in excess of five years.
