Boring company that makes you feel like you are back in the 60s
Pros
-There is a small community of foreigners where everybody is very nice. -Nobody gets fired -You will have lot of time to study since you are never busy
Cons
-Absolutely no communication with upper management -Extremely low salary -Strict and boring Japanese style management -Losing clients all the time because of very out to date way of working -Absolutely 0 global skills, some people are supposed to support foreign clients and they do not even speak English. Of course clients abroad do not last long. -People are extremely bored, often you will find them sleeping on their desks. -Everybody is leaving. In particular young people and foreigners. -For security reasons (at least so they say), window blinds are closed all the time, makes you feel like you are in jail. -no sick leaves and very few chances to take day off
