Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at CACI (UK) full-time
Pros
Good salary and location, interesting but demanding clients/projects. Overall they do seem to put a lot of thought into provisions for their employees, there are lots of social events and the training package is good. Senior leadership within local CACI offices are approachable. It seems like if you're not on a client project or you're assigned to a low priority client things are more relaxed. Lots of exposure to interesting work if this is your first job or you're looking to upskill fast. Very talented people who are always looking to go the extra mile for a client and deliver really quality work.
Cons
Long working hours and limited work life balance; people regularly put 8am meetings in your diary without checking even though that is outside of the core working hours and generally accepted business hours. Overall it's a very old school, corporate environment especially when compared to other tech companies and similar consultancies. The holiday allowance is very low especially when you consider there is a mandatory Christmas break which comes out of your overall holiday allocation.

RecommendsNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at CACI (UK) full-time for more than a year
Pros
Excellent product lines within LP group Capable people across the business, especially in product Work life balance - hours are shorlt 9.30 - 5.30
Cons
Lacks dynamism - limited growth across in terms of revenue or career progression Office space is dated Ironically staff retention is so good that they dont welcome new ideas Commission plan is poor at best Expect your role to stay the same forever- some middle management are more concerned with protecting their jobs as opposed to developing others

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at CACI (UK) full-time for less than a year
Pros
For CACI network services the only pro’s are the colleagues in non managerial roles. The rest is below contempt
Cons
Where to start? First up is the truly disgraceful management. You are not a human being here, you are there to be used and thrown away at management’s whim. Don’t think that actually hitting targets and doing your job will make any difference as management will do just what they please in an underhanded manner. Oh and HR are nothing but a tool to enforce these unethical practices. Do not believe the “hearts and minds” we care about your welfare nonsense. It’s pure Male bovine reproductive glands. Support to new starters? What does that mean? Oh yes, it means never ever responding to calls or emails and taking over 9 weeks to sign off expenses...then act in the most hypocritical way imaginable. Investing in the employees...sorry, pick me up off the floor laughing... you don’t even get a company phone. As to an actual strategy for growth within the business...nope there really isn’t one. Internally the different brands of CACI are competing with each other and rarely combine forces which completely limits the scope to expand. Do things the way they’ve always been done and don’t rock the boat...in the real world IT is constantly evolving and changing but not here. This is a company stuck in the 20th century, and the sort of organisation that has limited ethical practices
