Pros
Competitive pay, work with wonderful people, small bonuses here and there. The best part of the job is connecting with the coalitions who are doing the dirty work. Good benefits. Good for self starters.
Cons
The infrastructure of the company is simply not up to the standards of the modern workforce. The software technology is often years old, new ideas must be approved by minds that are out of touch with a younger generation, no flexible scheduling. The office hours are 8:30am- 5:30pm and many people stay later than 5:30. I would not recommend this as a long term job for anyone in their 20s.
