      Pros

      I pretty much started my career at CAIS and as someone with little experience in alts prior, this was a fantastic place to quickly learn and grow. The firm is fast-paced and the people are very innovative. If you are good and work hard enough, you will receive unparalleled levels of exposure to all business lines that will “turn on” a more strategic way of thinking.

      Cons

      It is difficult work, but extremely rewarding. I would say certain personalities will absolutely thrive here, but others may not. Make sure you are a fit.

      Icapital already won this race Poor pay, bad leadership, incompetent managing directors who aren’t even 34 years old and thinks he’s god gift to the world because upper management likes him Fraternity bro culture that emboldens man and has literally 0.0 diversity
