1. The team - the people who work at CAKE are just brilliant. Managament is approachable, the company is not hierarchical in any way and feels more like a group of close friends working toegther to get things done. 2. The product - we are still far and away the best lead distribution platform on the market and offer a highly customisable, white labelled affiliate platform to hundreds of large clients around the world. 3. Great perks - free food and drink, generous healthcare, pension and holiday schemes, team drinks and nights out, summer rounders and sports day etc. 4. Generous salaries
Cons
Not suitable for people who want to cruise through their day without doing anything. This is not a place for people who need constant hand holding or to be told what to do every hour of the day - it's for employees who can use their initiative and have a natural ability for hard work.
