Pros
Nothing as such. If you are not working looking for job, or you r working somewhere and wants to change this company is not suitable for u. Their employee retention is very poor. I have seen them removing 5 employees in 3months (all of them were about to complete a 1yr) and they hire 5 new employees. Also they provide WFH since they have closed all the offices in Bangalore. Don't come seeing that WFH, There is no work life balance. They ask login early and log out late.
Cons
Officially it's 5 days working. While u join HR will say "we won't work on Saturday. Saturday working is a blue moon for us. Rarely we work on Saturday" . But reality is very different from Thursday or Friday they start making some fake urgency to work on Saturday and support for a super niche skills. Camsdata only work for IT/Technical hiring and all the requirements are very critical and niche skills through out the year .. and to close such critical requirements they will only provide naukri search, no mass mail and job posting facilities and they don't have any other job board to source good cvs. Having said that getting closer is very difficult here. And they will put u in PIP in 3months and in 1month if u r unable to meet the target they will kick you out from the organisation. So don't believe their offer/appointment letter which says 6 months probation. And 1month NP. If you join after reading all this I wish you all the very best for your journey with Camsdata. Here no career growth no stability no job security.
