None, local, friendly staff, right on the river
Cons
No sick pay only statutory, standard 20 days holiday, 6 months probation, no benefits, staff bullied and forced to accept unacceptable work patterns and contracts, no direction and most staff sacked within 12 weeks, no performance management

Pros
getting out and creating a life not just for yourself but for other people as well, i like my community and the people in it, as a signal dad bringing my 5 year old girl up getting out and working is a break in a nice way : )
Cons
the down falls of working for myself are i have no transport so i walk around with my window cleaning equipment, am also restricted with my girl and working around her school hour and the weather can stop me, but got to keep pushing
