Interesting systems to work on. Working with smart, hardworking people
Cons
New Swiss management is trying ANYTHING and everything to save money. Huge layoffs. Wages were frozen. Benefits are terrible, salaried employees are taken advantage of, upper management is out of touch and there is a rift caused by that management's smugness and feeling of superiority. The Project Managers are feeble, inefficient, and ineffective. The President of Operations is a "yes man" with an attitude problem.
