Pay is decent but not worth the hassle. Friendly houry workforce
Cons
Management uses bully tactics to scare employees to do what they want. Trust is a joke, management will lie right to your face while sharpening the knife they plan to put in your back later. Company is built on dishonestly, broken promises, and throwing people under the bus to save their own skin. Communication doesn't exist unless it's gossip. Job related communication is non existent so make sure reading minds is part of your skill set or you'll never survive.
