You will learn the in and out of systems admin and networking, develops a good all around skillset for being a network technician. Accountability (for the most part) is pretty good on the team. Days fly when you're busy. Freedom to do things a little outside of the box.
Cons
Like any fast paced, billable time based IT company: it can be a meat grinder. On-call and after hours work expectation can be invasive.
Management, the techs and engineers have all supported my growth in this company. The culture has a real team and family feel. They encourage growth, listen to ideas and are extremely helpful in the sales process.
Cons
Honestly, none. The pay is fair, work/life balance is respected. Hybrid work environment. If there's a con, I don't know what it is.
