      Pros

      Quite good benefits and very cordial people on the whole. No expense is spared for travel to meetings and no quibbles on expenses. They look and feel luxury.

      Cons

      Its a french company. They have more holidays than anybody else. If you require something its diufficult to get, the language barrier is very strong. Its their way or no way and you must conform to their way. There is no customer care and they treat their customers with contempt behind the scenes

      Trust, flexibility in role, nice working environments, high staff turnover in international business

      Cons

      Crushing and obstructive bureaucracy, too much focus on short term, poor internal systems, tendency for back stabbing and this is not discouraged
