      Small family owned business, have the opportunity to be hands on

      Cons

      No benefits of any kind, low pay for level of education and experience huge work culture and "good old boy" issues, too many cooks in the soup in all projects, and no one takes any accountability for anything, the owners political views will be shoved down your throat-daily

      Small family owned company, they go out of their way to take great care of their employees. Great hours and a fun place.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low side, but there are few job opportunities in Belen and cost of living is low.
