      Pros

      What makes a difference in working with CENSUS is the fact that they invest in soft skills, character, and work ethics as much as they invest in expertise. Being part of a company that values quality enough to run a separate department gives me great confidence to move forward as a professional and a member of the CENSUS team.

      Cons

      CENSUS is not an extrovert company. If it was a guest at a party, it would be the weird guy in the black hoodie sitting alone in the corner giving Elliot Alderson vibes. I wish more people knew what working with CENSUS is like: exciting, motivating, and inspiring!

      Good place to get some experience, bad place to grow as a professional

      Pros

      Challenging tasks and experienced researchers overall.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment and attitude. There's literally no training/guidance for new researchers, you are 100% on your own. The salaries are extremely low compared to the knowledge curve required to do the job. Obvious management problems.
