Pros
High calibre colleagues. EMEA footprint. Leading edge technology and access to markets. Strong progression internally. Long established and well regarded in the industry. Recommended.
Cons
I can not think of any particular downsides at the present moment in time. As noted in the pros section, the company has many strengths and I personally cannot fault it in any way.

Excellent coworkers and management. Everyone definitely bands together to really help those in need in the community. Definitely has opened new doors for me to expand and given hope to those in the area who are struggling.
Cons
It is a non-profit so money can be tight.
