Generous pay, although most new roles are consultantships so come with the caveat of very poor job security and no company benefits/ pension scheme / health insurance / annual leave etc
Cons
Organisation is in my experience woefully disorganised. Company culture on the whole is really not the friendliest and gets grating after a while. Managers appear to care very little about their staff or wellbeing, and this attitude seems baked into organisation policies, with very little support/training or company benefits offered.
