Pros

THE ONLY PRO IS THAT I MADE IT OUT OF THIS COMPANY ALIVE

Cons

In my opinion this company has no ethics, unqualified mgt, and no promotional ladder. In my opinion, this company is all politics and dont care anything about the well being of their employees. The pay at this company is unequal from what i have seen. There is no organization within the company from what i experienced. You are micro managed and will be blamed for everything from what i have experienced. On day one i hated this company and questioned what i had gotten myself into. No good benefits, horrible vacation structure, horribke 401k ( it doesnt exist the first 3 or 5 years). This is solely based on my opinion and experience from this company. Pros

Not a single pro. I only gave it one star because I had to

Cons

-very shady processes; MANY lies to customers -management does not care about the wellbeing of employees -everyone hates it (the one thing everyone agrees on) and everyone calls themselves “slaves” which makes for such a negative atmosphere -ridiculous amount of sexual harassment that isn’t acknowledged -secret sex and relationships among employees -the pay was awful I could go on and on..doNOT work here....you will regret it

Pros

Best part of working here is that the managers are rarely there. The owners usually arrive late, leave early, and take two hour lunches.

Cons

Be prepared to be micromanaged. Everything needs to be approved by a manager, who are never around. They will literally look over your shoulder while you're at the computer. They also jump into every conversation, so you have to explain things twice and it takes twice as long to resolve a problem. 30 minute (timed) lunches. No overtime, but expected to stay late.
