Pros
The team system worked really well. There would be a team of interns for graphic design, marketing, website, and tutoring. It felt like your team is your circle and when there is projects that require help from another circle, we merge.
Cons
The leader I had at that time for my team wasn't really organized and I felt that it cause a bunch of misunderstandings when it came to turning in projects.
