My colleagues directly involved in direct patient care are generally caring good people giving more than 100% to their job.

Mixing patients in units inappropriately. Constant pulling staff from one unit to another. Hostile work environment. Insufficient staffing. Low morale.
Decent place to work but profit and quarterly stock price drives everything.
Cons
Right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing. Community cares program is a farce. A lot of talk and no action. Senior leadership does not set example.
