      Pros

      Helping others, flexible, benefits, 4 wks vacation to start work independently there is nothing left to say about Cicoa it is a stepping stone for a better job

      Unrealistic work load stressful no help angry staff terrible monthly meetings no changes made for the better bad upper mgmt that doesn't listen

      Pros

      Employee benefits are great & the flexibility for work hours works well for most people. They are the largest Area on Aging in the state and tend to lead the other agencies.

      Cons

      After initial training you are left to "lead" yourself there is very little direction from upper management. Goals are often unrealistic. Salary doesn't match the job required.
