      - very positive company goals and mission to change investing - smart, friendly, and hardworking team - lots of room for innovation

      - career progression is still very start-up-like, with limited clear structures on how to develop/grow

      Pros

      I wanted to work for something meaningful beyond salary / progression, for a cause that actually does some good in the world. I know it might sound corny to some but at CIRCA5000 I feel like that's what I do every day.

      Cons

      The team is tiny and the business is extremely ambitious so you'll need to hit the ground running. That said the people are really welcoming and friendly so you will be helped. Communication is key as ever.

      * I enjoy coming into work every day * Extremely bright, talented, motivated team with a shared desire to make the business succeed * Great care put into our work, with a desire to build an excellent product (& company) * Work is varied, interesting and challenging * Working on something that hopefully makes a positive impact on the world * Competitive salaries and generous share options that can hopefully be worth something one day

      Cons

      * The business operates in a competitive market * Our ability to grow substantially is hindered when markets are not performing well * Diversity of the team could be better but we are an engineering heavy company - very hard to find diverse candidates in this role. I know the leadership team are dead serious about improving this
