      Pros

      Some genuinely nice people, you will learn the industry well, good benefits.

      Cons

      Too many managers who have no idea what their teams do. Highly hostile and political environment. High turnover, specially after the merger. Good people leave while the toxic managers stay. The management including HR really don’t care about their employees. Run away if you can.

      This job is a great career stepping stone. You gain experience by seeing the internal processes and controls of many different dealers. It is a good way to learn how various firms operate and network with them before moving on to your next role.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry standards for the amount of work required. Tracking time on daily timesheets is tedious and micromanaging. Management is building AI to automate exams, which creates uncertainty about future job security. The company is facing multiple class-action lawsuits due to the 2025 cybersecurity incident.
