Whether or not this is a con depends on what you want. If you still want a challenge and to improve yourself then this is not the place for you. Big company environment means everyone operates under the environment of making sure they cover themselves instead of actually doing any work, over delegation so that no one takes any responsibilities. When it works out it is their reward, when its a mistake it is your problem. However if you would like a chilled place to work with steady working hours, reasonable (below market) salary and a nice office location then CPL HQ is not a bad place at all.
