Pros
All managers are so nice and there are not too many layers of management. Therefore, all of us work more efficiently and closely. Besides, there are full of challenges and opportunities. Thereby you can build up your career path very well and obtain rich hands-on working experience. The benefit is awesome as well. Moreover, all team members are also pretty nice and knowledgeable so that I can collaborate with them so easily and comfortably.
Cons
Lack of adequate team buildings by which I can learn more about other coworkers working in different teams.
