      Great team, but heavy workload

      Pros

      Great team to work with. Interesting work. Opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Pulled in a lot of directions. Expectation of overtime. Not great work/life balance. No defined career paths. Have to juggle many different tasks, often times with little support.

      Pay is ok, get to work with different software and clients, learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Leadership does not have clear direction or any drive to grow the company. Blame everything on the economy, no accountability, no internal communication, lots of layoffs and turnover
