Used to be a great place to work, now, not so much.
Pros
Colleagues are very friendly, everyone will get along with everyone else and have nice chats. Work life balance is pretty good and there is no expectation of much overtime. Your team will always look out for you. Good amount of vacation.
Cons
Salaries have become mediocre at best. Year on year the increases are disappointing, well below any inflation and general cost of living increases. A lot is spent on marketing, without much reward. Constant cost cutting results in added workload. Funny, because we are always told the business is doing better and better. Sometimes it feels like the upper management doesn’t listen at all. They ask for feedback on surveys, people reply with their issues (generally salary and pay increase based) and we get told “oh there wasn’t enough replies for good data”. No 13th month like many other companies offer. Smaller benefits seem to be constantly taken away. I’d like to add that I selected disapprove for the CEO, however, glass door still shows Jeroen Hanekamp as the CEO, this is no longer the case. I would give him a thumbs up. The current CEO, I do not approve of.
