reputable company with great benefits, a lot of good resources, nice work environment, solid pay and incentives

Implementation/migration of new tools can be slow, but thats because the company and system is so large

Very lax, as long as you talk well in meetings you'll be seen as shining
Cons
Micromanagement on work but career progression management show little to no interest unless you're in the clique Absolutely no communication between management and staff Training reserved for the golden few Projects micromanaged, zero autonomy for teams No payrises or promotions due to Covid even though still making large profits
