Revel in the joy of being perpetually overworked, thanks to their love for company housing—a perfect excuse for 24/7 micromanagement. And for the grand finale, get a taste of the good ol' days with an environment so hostile and racist, it’s like stepping into a 1920s Tennessee time warp.

Cons

Cons: Brace yourself for a sky-high turnover rate, with less than 10% even sniffing a promotion. And if you do claw your way to manager? You might as well jump ship to a general contractor and rake in an extra 15k-25k. To top it off, CML's idea of a generous salary—80k in Honolulu, the nation's 3rd most expensive city—is nothing short of laughable.
