      - Competitive salary - Working with a very strong team of engineers and developers - Lots to work on with a large variety of tickets - Constant improvment and performance mentoring through curated and well thought out goals/objectives (Biggest Pro imo) - Overall a friendly team to work with

      - One or two members of tech-management werent so friendly and were quite difficult to work with

      Team are nice and social during the day Team brings out the quieter members of the team

      Cons

      Often felt like the engineering department was treated as the root of most problems within the company Poor culture within the company with little recognition for hardwork (in particular the engineering department) Management of the team often felt toxic with extreme micromanagement and unnecessary pressures Unprofessional behaviour of individuals to pull ahead of others
