      Pros

      I enjoyed working with the patients and watching them reach their goals.

      Cons

      Work overload, who can punch a time clock traveling on Dallas highways? HR worked for the company, not the employee. A comment was made by owner that when we get busier, if you can't keep up - get out. NICE to put the fear of God in your employees who were so devoted to the company. Just sayin

      Good young place to be in, had it's previous glory, a good place for a young person who have 2-3 years of exp. and looking to advance

      They do not really value project management The company is split into too many departments and functions Some politics do exists
