Incredibly low pay Bully managers Poor organization Dependent on poor contractors Fairly low level of technical knowledge Antiquated solutions Do not work here unless desperate, the managers here are the absolute worst and will treat you like garbage. Their so called values are just for show and they will not shy away from screwing you over so they can pinch an extra penny so they can brag about high profits. There is nothing more dehumanizing than hearing how the company is making profits in the tens of millions but they would rather die than match inflation with your salary increase. These managers are either out of touch or completely evil, I asked to be paid according to my skill set/position and market value and got berated, bullied and gaslit. They straight up told me I am not worth what I am asking for. Bragging about making millions in profit and then basically laughing in people's face and being rude for a measly 10k a year is pure pettiness. I found another job immediately that doubled my salary (a lot more than what I was asking for at Coins) Avoid this company like the plague. There are much better options out there
