Thank you so much for your post! I love hearing honest feedback on the areas that we do well and the areas we need to work on. The good news is that we are making significant strides in our processes being MUCH easier to access, which has historically been an issue for us. Thank you IT GLUE! :)
Flexibility and Casual atmosphere. It is not necessary that you dress up everyday and the client understands that.
Cons
No Benefits. There is no 401k, medical coverage is only paid if client wants to include in their budget, sick/vacation time offered are combined.

I do believe you posted this to the wrong Core Group as we are an IT company in Long Beach and do not have property managers. I am very sorry that your experience with another Core Group wasn't so great though! Hopefully they have rectified the benefits situation by now. :)
