Pros
Office culture was generally good, there was some office politics at times but everyone was friendly. I learnt a lot and was given the opportunity to expand my knowledge and responsibilities dramatically over the time I was there. I also was offered a number of opportunities to travel which for myself was good.
Cons
Opportunities for progression were very limited, particularly in the department I was in but generally within the company too. Moreover, any department that was not directly adding value to the business was seen as a necessary evil which hindered progress.
