Pros
I have worked with CPM for a year now and have nothing but good to say about them. Throughout the year they have offered me training and support when needed and have worked with me if I have needed time off. In addition they realise potential and have given me new challenges which I thrive upon. My colleagues are friendly and always there to lend a hand.
Cons
I honestly don't have anything bad to say. I enjoy my work, I enjoy the people I work with, I have a good working environment

Serious quality of management, Leonard Morrissey and Jason Carroll spring to mind and would bend over backwards for their staff. Great work environment. If you put the work in you'll be rewarded.

Staff are over worked and stressed out. Place is a bit disorganised with management frequently changing. Pay is poor.
