      Decent employer, interesting industry, think I arrived in a bit of a flux which led to some negative points

      -Really lovely co-workers -Global business with international outlook -Central London Location -I found the upper management to be quite approachable

      Cons

      -Arrived at a bit of a time of change, and didn't feel I was really trained or prepared properly -Sometimes felt pressure (maybe from myself) to work significantly longer hours than I should have done -Poor pay

      Pros

      Friendly team. Young and friendly colleagues. The problem of this company is the value of the founders

      Cons

      The founders only care about making money, so treat their clients and employees without any respect. Everything they do is about saving cost and so they don't care students are paying lots of money but don't get what they deserved. Very high turnover as people with even a little moral won't stay with such a company. But you will like here if you share the same value as the founders
